To tell you the truth, I'm getting a little tired of the W.C. Fields jokes. And of being on stand-by every year. I say let's look ahead this time. The almanac calls for heavy fog in the Southern Hemisphere this year. So if you live in the South, or are thinking about moving there, give me a vote.
