THE HISTORY OF CABBAGE PATCH KIDS®
Before 1983, Cabbage Patch Kids® were called Little People. They were developed in 1977 and were originally hand made of cloth and were used as soft sculpture displays. The Cabbage Patch Kids® of today come with birth certificates and adoption papers and range from $25 to $1000. Each kid has one-of-a-kind features, a navel and its own name.
